TIPSTER Architecture Design Document, Version 3.1
Several pages of Notes from the 12 Month TIPSTER Workshop, which were the Report Outs from the various workshop study groups, have been added.
Results of the respective Text REtrieval Conferences are restricted to Tipster participants, and protected by recognition of userid. These results are the participants' submissions in their raw form. The TREC Proceedings present the retrieval results in a finished form that is more appropriate for most people than the raw result file. For access to the protected directory, contact the TREC Program Manager.
